A performance work about the Great Salt Lake. Layered water, from sections of the Great Salt Lake, is painted plein air to color match the sunset on the Lake. There are four divisions of the Lake, created by human constructions. As a result, each section of the Lake’s water has its own salinity, and therefore differing density. This allows the water to be layered atop each other and painted separately.
